Caroline grew up in Lebanon, Tennessee and attended Maple Hill church of Christ. She graduated in 2025 from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Sociology with a minor in American Sign Language. During her time in college, she was an active member of the Christian Student Center and served on their leadership team. Caroline began working at Laurel in 2025.
