Fall Retreat 2025
Fall Retreat 2025 is coming up soon! Fall Retreat will be November 21-23 at Smoky Mountain Christian camp. The cost will be $85 and $30 for justlead students. This goes to cover food, lodging/use of the camp, supplies, and a t-shirt. The deadline to register is Wednesday November 12.
Our theme for the Fall Retreat is God’s design for sexuality. A big topic I know! Due to the sensitive nature of the topic our goal is to have all the retreat materials ready for parents to view before the registration deadline. This way you all as parents can have access to what’s being taught before determining whether or not you want to send your kid(s). We understand the sensitivity around this topic, but we feel its important to address in order to give students a healthy biblical understanding of sexuality. In regards to what’s being taught the goal really is that simple….to make sure students know what the bible says about this issue. My only regret is that I’ve been the youth minister for four and a half years, and we are just now addressing this topic for the first time!

Friday Night: God’s design for sexuality
Saturday Morning: The devil’s twisting of God’s good design
Saturday Night: Our practical response/Q+A
Sunday Morning: Communion/union with God and God’s grace for us in sexual sin.
Saturday night’s Q+A will be to answer questions that have been submitted in advanced. There will not be an “open mic.” Anyone who would like to submit a question for the Q+A can do so by clicking the link below. All questions are anonymous.
