Winterfest 2026

Howdy y’all! This post is for everyone who is attending Winterfest this year. Hopefully this will include everything you all need to know. The plan is to meet at the building at 4:30pm Friday afternoon. I know this is difficult for some of you, but we really do need to meet this early in order to make it to Gatlinburg in time to check in to our hotel, have dinner, and be on time to the first session.

You can click here to download the packing list. Please take note that you will need money for two meals, and $40 is recommended. Also please note that the hotel we are staying at this year does not offer a free breakfast. We will be serving a continental breakfast out of our group devotional room on Saturday morning. Saturday night students will take food for their Sunday morning breakfasts back to their room after our group devo. The hotel does have a very nice breakfast buffet for $12 a person if anyone prefers to take advantage of that.

We will be staying at the Glenstone Lodge. Address is 504 Airport Rd, Gatlinburg TN, 37738.

The rooming list will be shared with students as we are loading the bus Friday. If anyone has any questions/concerns please let me know.
